VIDEO PRODUCTION AGENCY
If you are contracting VPA to produce a creative video, a promotional video or have special requests regarding filming or editing, VPA offers free-of-charge pre-planning service. VPA videographers who are involved in the project will consult, advise and work with you on devising the best production plan to fit your objective and vision for the final video.
If you would like to have pre-planning meetings, please indicate so in the "Special requests" section of the Request form and we will contact you in our confirmation email with further information.
Rates
To request our services, please fill out the Videotaping Service Request form or email us at vpa@princeton.edu. We will review and contact you within 48 hours.
In case of short notice request (72 hours before your event date), if VPA agrees to fulfill the request, you are subject to a 50% surcharge of the total filming cost. (see Terms & Conditions)
Pre-production
VPA offers event videotaping using one or two cameras depending on the current availability of our equipment.
Production fee includes equipment setup/breakdown base fee and hourly filming labor.
Production
VPA could perform post-production on footage filmed by VPA or provided by the customers. All videotaping projects without editing include a one-hour post-production period that accounts for video exporting/ DVD burning or web upload time. Post-production with editing comprises of above base fee and hourly editing labor.
Our Agency produces videos in the 720HD mp4 format and offers web upload (Youtube, Google Drive, Dropbox), transfer to USB (provided by customers), or DVDs.

VPA offer videotaping and post-production services throughout the school year to various student performing groups, on-campus organizations and academic departments. Our Agency films various kinds of events, from performances, lectures, concerts to promotional videos and other creative videos.
